Texas Hill Country Wine Trail Has National Notice

Our Texas Hill Country Wine locations were featured in an article in the "Wine Enthusiast" Magazine's February issue. In selecting the regions for this article, they "considered areas where the wine has evolved form quirky curiosity to worthy collectible". The article also said "what's wonderful about viewing these as unique travel destinations is each has a personal feel". It was also noted that for wine lovers, touring the region, allows visitors to see the landscape behind the label" which heightens the experience. Of course all of us who live here and do the wine trail often ourselves, already knew this. The article goes on to mention that our area has been known for its Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Chardonnay, but the following list of wines are rising stars: Viognier, Grenache, Syrah, Sangiovese, Vermentino, Tampranillo, & Tannat.

Now your mouth is watering, plan a trip to the Texas Hill Country, enjoy our wines, and of course book a room at our Bed and Breakfast, Biscuit Hill Bed and Breakfast just above Canyon Lake

I also want to mention a few other regions in this article where a website was provided:

Niagara Peninsula, Canada
Wine Country around lake Michigan
Umbria, Italy
Patagonia, Argentina
Waiheke Island, New Zealand
Idaho's Snake River Valley
