The Lost Maples State Natural Area is just a day trip away from our Inn. Guests can also order a take-a-long picnic lunch to make the adventure even better. Make sure you bring plenty of water when you go. Here is a link to the Lost Maples website.

New Mug Colors In

Our new mugs arrived last Friday, and they are a big hit with guests. Remember if you book a room for the Halloween weekend, you will get one for Free. We sell them in the gift shop for $15, but they retail for $20 if you buy them at any retail pottery company. This weekend is the Texas Clay Festival in Gruene, so guests can compare what we have to the ones sold at the Festival.

Texas Fun Facts

Well it's time for our October Texas Fun Fact. AND since Biscuit Hill B&B is above to one of the state's most beautiful bodies of water, Canyon Lake, I decided to give you a fun fact about Texas water. Hold on to your drinking glass. Texas has more surface water than all but 2 other states, Alaska and Minnesota.

We hope you can take time to come and see our bit of Texas heaven and enjoy our surface water.
