Diane has been working on adding recipes to the Biscuit Hill Cookbook. Three new recipes have been developed, and the newest one will be served each Sunday at the end of breakfast over the Summer. Guests over Spring have enjoyed the trial batches of our new Lemon Ice infused with Rosemary. We serve it plain, with berries or with heavy cream. Guest's choice. Everyone that buys a cookbook over the Summer will get the new Lemon Ice recipe as well as the other two that were developed since the new year. All guests that have already purchased our cookbook will get the recipies to add to their book before they leave.
